At Empower the Girls, we focus on practical skills and personal safety strategies to arm young women with the knowledge they need to react quickly to potential danger. Our goal is to cultivate self-awareness so that they trust their instincts in any situation, build their confidence and, ultimately, take charge of their safety through preparedness.
Empowering young women with the essential skills for personal safety is much like strapping on a seat belt. It dramatically reduces risk and has the power to save lives! We make learning fun by creating interactive and easy-to-follow classes and presentations which are suitable to all ages and abilities.
