Empowered 101 Personal Safety  Talk: “Safety Starts with YOU! Essential Information to Reduce Your Risk” We cover simple ways to be prepared just in case!  By learning to trust your gut you can avoid potentially dangerous situations along with increasing your awareness to keep you out of harms way.  In addition, we want you to know how to create lots of plans so you can act more decisively and assertively.  Be aware!
