Empowered 101 Personal Safety  Talk: “Safety Starts with YOU!” Learn how to be prepared just in case!  In this 45-minute talk, we discuss how learning to trust your gut can help you avoid potentially dangerous situations and by increasing awareness you can keep yourself out of harms way.  In addition, we want you to know how to create lots of plans so you can act more decisively and assertively.  Be aware! Be prepared! Be empowered for life!
